The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) commissioners are expected to make a final decision later this month on the proposed Guajolote Ranch project. After reviewing the requests for reconsideration and a contested case hearing from individuals opposing the application, the commissioners will vote to grant or deny these requests during a public meeting on August 14 in Austin.
