October 14th, 2021 13 Second and Final Reading, and action on an Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Helotes, Texas amending Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 34 Environment by adding Article VII Noise and Sound Level Regulation to set forth permissible sound levels and establishing the enforcement thereof in order to protect the citizens against unreasonable noise within the corporate limits of the City of Helotes.
