November 9th, 2021 9 Discussion of and action on a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Helotes, Texas casting the city’s five (5) allotted votes on a candidate to serve on the Bexar Appraisal Board of Directors for a two year term beginning on January 1, 2022, and ending on December 31, 2023. (Staff) Motion was made by Council Member Massey to cast the city’s five (5) allotted votes on the City Administrator Marian V. Mendoza to serve on the Bexar Appraisal District Board of Directors for a two year term beginning on January 1, 2022, and ending on December 31, 2023. Second by Council Member Merchant. Absent
