| March 27th, 2014 | 12 | Discussion of and action on Resolution No. 308 of the City Council of the City of Helotes, Texas supporting the enlargement of culverts at the intersection of S.H. 16 (Bandera Rd.) and Cedar Trail in accordance with a Hydrologic and Hydraulic Analysis performed by the City Engineer and submitted to the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT); requesting that TxDOT program funding into a future budget as soon as practical to construct the project within its right of way; authorizing the City of Helotes to perform work and expend monies for necessary work outside TxDOT right of way; authorizing Mayor Thomas A. Schoolcraft and the City Administrator to take all necessary steps to implement the provisions of this Resolution; incorporating recitals; providing for severability; and adopting an effective date.
